Teens Mental Health
Teen’s mental health is just what it sounds like. Your body is going through significant changes as you move from childhood into adulthood.
Your mind will also continue to develop and grow with your body. Sometimes when you are growing from childhood to adulthood you will begin to
feel anxious and confused. These feelings are normal and should come and go as you progress through the changes mentioned. If at anytime you
feel that your feelings are too much for you to handle, you should talk to an adult.

If you think that you are suffering beyond what you can control, you may need to seek some mental health help. If you have a parent or adult

assessed initially by your medical Dr., he or she will be able to help you determine if you need additional help. If you should need additional
